Davidstow Crackler is typically matured for 18 months. Perfectly intense and balanced, with a firm, flinty texture, this cheese delivers concentrated bursts of flavour due to naturally occurring calcium lactate crystals that the cheese acquires with age, giving it a slight crunch. The perfect all round cheddar; elevating everyday dishes, delivering joy on a cheeseboard, or simply to be savoured with your favourite crackers and a Tribute pale ale.
Davidstow Classic is typically matured for 12 months for a perfectly balanced, rich, long-lasting flavour and creamy texture. A cheese to be enjoyed every day - delicious in a sandwich, on toast or melted in your favourite dinner dishes.

I tried the cracker variety: amazing strong, complex flavour, great texture. i use it as an ingredient in sandwiches and as a topper for nachos or toast but it's best enjoyed on its own to savour the flavourit's very moreish and i highly recommend it!

I must say i was thinking i might not like it as much as my usual one but i was very impressed the flavour is so different and i love it so it my top blocks of cheese i buy it every week now xxx i give it 10 stars x
