It was by far the best gluten free cake i have ever tried & the person i made the cakes (i made it into cupcakes instead of a whole cake) for commented on how chocolatey the taste was & how moist it remained.

Very easy cake mix with fun instructions. a very good chocolate cake. this mix is made with rice flour, i found it difficult to get out all the lumps (so eating the mix isn't great) but you really wouldn't know once cooked. butter icing recipe was really good too, i may be a bit heavy handed so needed a bit more sugar. honestly one of the nicest chocolate cakes i've made.
