Our spicy Laksa is a love letter to Malaysia, a creamy coconut-based sauce with a taste-topping trio of spiced Malay-style marinated chickpeas, fresh edamame beans and black turtle beans playing Juliet to our ramen noodle Romeo. Topped with a layer of leafy greens and crunchy carrot bands, it’s one of the clear favourites for the team at the Veg Pad.

This particular flavour appealed to me and was delicious, it was also one of the most reasonable in carbohydrate & sugar. the flavour was very good, we shared it as part of our evening meal, which worked well. as i don't normally buy ready meals it would be too expensive at full price for 1 person's lunch.
