Crackd behaves in a similar way to eggs when used in cooking and baking. Made from pea protein, Crackd is rich in protein, vitamin D & B12 as well as being free from 14 food allergens, cholesterol & virtually fat free. Easy to use, makes great vegan cakes
I made carbonara and it worked really well, you didn't notice the difference. i will definitely buy again.
Always buy this when making fresh lasagne sheets or spaghetti as an egg replacer in simple recipe
I would have given maximum stars but i tried it in omelettes and maybe i did something wrong, but it was not good. this time i added it to a cake recipe, and it was fine, good taste.

They have really good recipes on their website and i made their yorkshire puddings. they were delicious.
