Good alternative, better than i thought it would be
Used it to make chocolate muffins and they turned out lovely!
Great idea, used it to make a vegan toad in the hole and banana cake from the crackd egg website. both recipes didn’t come out as well as i’d have liked, perhaps it needs a bit of practice. would buy again if on promotion but wouldn’t pay full price for it.
Amazed you can make scrambled eggs without the egg! game changer for plant based living
I think this is a good sub for eggs, especially if you cannot eat eggs, would be nice if a bit more protein could be added, but i can get that from other foods.
We used this to make 'eggy' bread which my daughter has missed since switching to a vegan diet. took a little longer to cook than egg but was really yummy, my daughter loved it, will definitely buy again.
Used in a recipe instead of fresh eggs (due to shortages) and the result was fine. wouldnt have noticed the substitute if i hadn't done the cooking. not a very long shelf life but may keep it in the fridge. just in case
A little lighter than egg. works well in a vege full english
I like it but for the price it is a very small amount.
I didn’t particularly like it, but it’s great that there are more products on the market to cater for people that are; ie, have allergies to egg or are vegan.
