Crackd behaves in a similar way to eggs when used in cooking and baking. I didn’t particularly like it, but it’s great that there are more products on the market to cater for people that are; ie, have allergies to egg or are vegan.

Used in a recipe instead of fresh eggs (due to shortages) and the result was fine. wouldnt have noticed the substitute if i hadn't done the cooking. not a very long shelf life but may keep it in the fridge. just in case

We used this to make 'eggy' bread which my daughter has missed since switching to a vegan diet. took a little longer to cook than egg but was really yummy, my daughter loved it, will definitely buy again.

I think this is a good sub for eggs, especially if you cannot eat eggs, would be nice if a bit more protein could be added, but i can get that from other foods.

It cooked pretty well, was easy to use, however taste was lacking, unfortunately. after i used it i was advised to use black salt with it to make it taste eggy, so will try that next time
