In Chicago town, we don't just make pizza, we go to town on it. We've raised the crust high, added a boatload of our signature katsu curry sauce, and gone full-on with mozzarella, katsu chicken, fried onions and red peppers.

Tasted okay, okay size for a snack, but very difficult to judge cooking. in the microwave it's soggy and chewy, in the oven it can go hard (but oddly still chewy) if not careful

Really tasty. different flavour with the katsu. cooked in air fryer. would advise 180 for 20-22 mins max
