In Chicago town, we don't just make pizza, we go to town on it. We've raised the crust high, added a boatload of our signature katsu curry sauce, and gone full-on with mozzarella, katsu chicken, fried onions and red peppers.

Katsu chicken pizza, a combo that i did not think it will go together. surprisingly it tasted quite nice. better than other different pizza's i've tried.

Loved this as there was an extra depth to the flavour and i really enjoyed the different taste. can get a bit messy when microwaving so better cooked conventionally but great light mealtime item.

I had it at work and there is no oven there so i had to make it in the microwave. came out ok, but definitely better to prepare it in the oven as microwave makes it a bit wet.
