Cheesies is a simple idea; take cubes of cheese, then dry and bake them until you have crunchy popped balls. Cheesies are made from one ingredient, cheese. Meaning they have no carbs, are high in protein, gluten free and vegetarian. Oh, and they're delicious too. Available in Cheddar, Emmental, and Gouda 20g packs.
