These tasty little pieces of cheese were delicious. they're like the cheese that spills over from cheese on toast and goes crispy, but without the pool of fat. i had trouble not eating them all in one sitting. when i could resist them, they kept well in the resealable bag. lovely. i wish i could make them at home. i've tried but it isn't the same!
