Having suffered a couple strokes last year, i have to be careful with my saturated fat intake. i've tried plenty of lower far options, but they tend to taste quite plastic like in texture. this product has overcome that problem to create a genuinely tasty cheddar. i'm so pleased.

It's a really nice strong cheese with a nice creamy texture. i just think it's slightly expensive compared to alternatives
