It is handcrafted in open vats using traditional methods to achieve its thin rind and unique softness throughout. Due to its non-standard recipe and a much creamier texture than regular brie, some Scandinavian countries like to consider our Extra Creamy Brie as its own cheese type under the soft cheeses family.
