Very easy too make.. handy to keep in the cupboard
I used to stay away from packet mixes and had a few fool proof methods for vegan and "normal" baking but when my son was diagnosed coeliac i found gluten free baking so hard and had many a disaster. these mixes are a godsend they taste amazing and home made and it worth the price point as it saves money on chucking away baking disasters!

This was easy to make and didn't require many extra ingredients. once baked i found that the spice mix was quite overpowering, the cinnamon was quite strong.
