Very light and crispy. olives are a good addition

Loved the texture. i can understand why they are called melts. they truly do melt in your mouth and make a delicious base for anything you want on them, but they are also so tasty and have such a delightful texture that they are delicious on their own. the only reason i spread mine with toppers is to make them go further. they are definitely the best savoury biscuits i have come across so far. just wish the standard price was comparable to supermarket own brands, so i could make them a standard weekly purchase rather than a special treat only.
