This sauce is based on Peru’s ‘Ají Verde’ sauce. We use Peruvian-grown ají amarillo chilli peppers for ‘kick’, while the lemon juice provides a tangy citrus bite.

Lovely taste nice and spicy easy to use
Really tasty and has a little chilli kick. the only peruvian thing about the sauce is that it has a peruvian chilli in it. there is nothing that tastes like this in peru. having said that, it’s very tasty, and i would buy it again, if it were cheaper.
