I don't typically enjoy soft cheese, but these were something else.
I buy this cheese once a year at christmas so wasn’t sure what to expect with the mini version. i made a salad and mixed them in and all the family absolutely loved them! i put a couple on cocktail sticks with a piece of veg and some meat - absolutely delicious!
Lovely strong flavour. enjoyed on toasted bagel for breakfast.
