Amazing meal replacement particularly if you are prone to skip breakfast when rushing for an early but long shift to work where you end up being active the protein content is great for that.

Fabulous product. would never have normally bought or discovered this in waitrose so trying for free was brilliant (on a side note i fo f it frustrating how few offers waitoese get vs sainsburys) what a brilliant and healthy product. tastes amazing and literally does it all. no sugar, low calories, high protein, no diary, healthy natural and incredible ingredients. be good to have this available as a 1l bottle for decanting drinking at home rather than on the go too
