I wasn’t sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised by how nice it tasted. very filling too
I looked at others comments and decided to make mine into an iced frappe i knew i woudnt be keen on the thick texture so thinned it slightly with almond milk! it was super yummy 😋 like this and i only needed two thirds as it was so filling! i think the price does reflect its a complete meal and it's far more nutrious than a supermarket meal deal at the same price! i was impressed it contained gluten free oats! i would buy this again!
