Saves half the co2 & health benefits of oats but amazingly retains all the taste of butter.
I really liked the taste of the butter. the reason i marked it down was due to how hard it was to spread on bread. i couldn't see any how to store info on the packaging as i feel it's something i would want to not keep in the fridge due to the hardness of it.
