My child has to try a gluten free (gf) dairy free (lf) diet. having tried it before i was worried about bread quality the most. my child loved this, no problem. now, all i have to do is get this on offer for the 4 weeks of the diet!
Very similar to 'regular' bread without that gluten-free bread aftertaste. best toasted.
The only gluten free loaf trusted for my diabetic, coeliac niece. nothing else comes close in terms of taste. just a shame it’s so expensive!

Used to have a lot of gluten free bread many years ago and it’s come along way from the cardboard texture it used to be. soft texture to it. looking at it and toasting the bread you wouldn’t think it was gluten free. nice taste.
Really tasty gf bread and it actually held it's shape when cut. we had it toasted with some garlic butter as a dinner side and it was really tasty.
Easily the best tasting gluten free bread on the market at the moment. would be good to have a full size loaf at a reasonable price.
