Personally for me i’m not a fan. i much prefer plain yogurts and even then i’m at a stage where i’ve gone off them. ‘overnight oats’ is the trend at the moment and this sounds similar to them. i’m glad i tried it and i can imagine it would be very filling. many will love this! just not me personally. i liked the spoon in the lid- very handy when out. however at a time where we’re being environmentally friendly the extra plastic isnt needed. the extra plastic lid and plastic spoon is extra waste not needed.
