I used to love a glass of milk but as i’ve grown older i found that i started to react to drinking a glass and didn’t know why. lacto free was suggested and tried. the flavour is still there and no reactions any more. might help you too.

Great tasting milk! i love that it’s less sugar than usual dairy milk. tastes good on cereal, in tea/coffee or on its own. a bit more expensive than my usual milk but would definitely buy again when on offer.
