It's a perfect alternative to your standard block of cheddar for crackers, cheese toasties and so on. as someone who has only recently been lactofree for the past few months, it's nice to have the same comfort food as before without the tummy troubles!

It tastes just as good as full fat cheese, you really wouldn't know the difference.
Works just as well as full lactose for spaghetti bolognese.
I avoid dairy products as they don't agree with me but the arla cheddar is yummy and a real treat.
