I suffer with lactose intolerance from time to time and tend to just avoid it for a while until my body gets back to normal. unfortunately one of the problems is that i love dairy and am a snob/purist when it comes to cooking. the lactose free range means.that i can indulge and used this (with the soft cheese) to make a cheesecake. whipped up great like any normal double cream and the cheesecake came out lovely and light and fluffy. would definitely use again and potentially might even consider using permanently instead of the usual double cream.

Dairy products affect my stomach. using this lacto free cream means i no longer have any problems. no difference to normal cream apart from the price.

Love this. great packaging. the packaging is one of the reasons i buy this as in the uk all cream come in a tub without a lid so it goes off much quicker. taste like "normal" cream. recommended
