Whipped up lovely as normal cream. couldn't tell the difference

First time trying this cream. we preferred it to our usual make and will definitely be stocking up!

This is really good as a substitute for dairy cream. it can be used in cooking too. i sometimes pour a little bit into mashed potatoes to soften them. i would rate it five stars but for the fact that it seems to be more expensive than other plant free cream substitutes.

I was pleasantly surprised by this product. the size of the bottle was just right and the shape great for pouring. being lactose free, it was gentle on the tummy and tasted light and fresh, i'm a convert!
