Every batch of our slowly matured Lactofree cheddar is tested to guarantee maximum dairy deliciousness with no lactose. It has full on cheddar taste, none of the lactose.

Bought this to try in place of my usual soft cheese to make a cheesecake due to a lactose intolerance that flares up occasionally. using this meant that i could still indulge in a homemade cheesecake without worrying about my stomach issues. used alongside the arlo lactofree cream and the cheesecake came out lovely and fluffy and very light. as good if i'd made it a as full dairy recipe. considering replacing full time.
I buy this cheese because is one of the best lacto free cheeses out there.
The taste is just like normal mature cheese. would like them to make a bigger block
