Not 💯 % convinced, i might have to try again.
Great idea. i used it on my christmas turkey instead of block butter. will try it in baking next to see if it has a buttery flavour. definitely good for basting.
I found it really easy to use and it melted quickly. however, i wish it had a more buttery taste.

I used this to make blondies & a victoria sandwich, it worked very well for both & so easy to mix in. i would definitely use it again.
Undecided as yet as to whether this is just a gimmick. often buy a spray that has butter in and this seems as good if not slightly better.
