These are my buttermilk pancakes. They make for the most brilliant breakfast or terrific tea-time. Top with your favourite treats for a pan-tastic snack.

Microwave: Remove packaging. Place pancake on a microwaveable plate and heat on 800W for 30 seconds.

Oven Cook: Remove packaging. Place pancake on ovenproof dish. Cook in centre of preheated oven at 200oC for 4 minutes or until warmed through.
