My daughter struggles to swallow tablets so gummies are ideal. she has anxiety with nausea so doesn't eat brilliantly so she has vitamins to help support her health. she likes these and they're a well known trusted brand, and since they're aimed at teens it's ideal for us
I like that's its one a day and there are flavours my children enjoy. downside is the palm oil and fake sugar.
Only just bought them so can't say how well they work but my ultra picky kid who has sensory processing disorder likes the flavour & texture so that's a huge plus for me.
I’ve struggled to find vitamins for older teens and these fit the bill good mix of vitamins and tasty, my boys are happy to have these every day
